Its location in the commercial center makes it convenient to explore the city's attractions, including the famous Temple of Literature. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with imperial-sized beds and large bathrooms. The attention to detail is evident, from the lovely views to the complimentary soft drinks provided. Staff was good, helped with extra questions. Room was clean and nice. 10 min by taxi to Expo. Very near to some historical places. In the front of the hotel there is a bank. Staff recommended a very good massage saloon. There were a lot of foreigners, perfect service!
Breakfasts were simple as well as dishes in the hotel restaurant were average. Usually there were a lot of onions. It is simpler to pay for the hotel in USD or by card, otherwise there is hotel currency exchange rate which is not corresponding to rates of state bank.

The hotel is on a quieter street but still near to areas of interest like the Temple of Literature. the service was attentive and welcoming, with little extras like welcome candy and fruit. the breakfast offered a good selection of dishes, with an outdoor terrace for a nice breeze.
The room size may not be suitable for those who prefer more space.

A little out of the way for the old quarter (though just next to the Temple of Literature and well placed for the French quarter) Hanoi Emotion Hotel is a newish hotel with excellent facilities - it lacks colonial charm, but the staff were unfailingly helpful, charming and attentive, the inclusive breakfast is good, the spacious rooms are well appointed and the Wi-fi is free. Rooms can be a little dark as Hang Bot is a narrow street, but if you want a place outside the swirling chaos of Hoan Kien, this is a good place to be.

I really liked how the hotel staff are willing to help you, from the gatekeeper to the manager, everyone is willing to help you solve any problem that can appear. Hotel manager even helped us to book a trip to halong bay and also all the hotels from our entire staying in vietnam.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi that exceeded all my expectations. the location was ideal as it was situated in the commercial center of Hanoi, close to the famous Temple of Literature. This allowed me to easily explore the city's popular tourist spots without being in the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, co-operative, and made me feel right at home. Finally, the rooms were well-appointed with large, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The hotel also provided complimentary soft drinks and unlimited wifi access, which was a nice bonus. Additionally, the breakfast served had a wide variety of delicious options and offered a lovely view of the city.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

Located in a quiet street. This hotel is a recent, high service level. Nice kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In the lobby there is a concierge tour desk - it is very convenient.
Do not use a map of the city, which lies at the reception. All the attractions and beauty of the city located on the opposite side. On the map, which is offered at the hotel, you will not see anything interesting. It is better to take care of this in advance and print out a map before leaving home.

Our romantic getaway was just so-so. The room was decently clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the good location, which allowed us to easily explore the city.
We did not feel like the staff was very attentive or helpful during our stay. We had an issue with the hot water in our shower and it took multiple requests for it to be addressed.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, with easy access to the commercial center of Hanoi but away from the bustling streets of the Old Quarter. The staff here are exceptional - always smiling, personable, and approachable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that feels almost imperial in size. I also appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and the unlimited wifi. The breakfast on the top floor was a fantastic way to start the day, with an incredible spread and a lovely view of the city.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was flawless.
